Shipping Information
When will my order be dispatched?
All Standard Delivery orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Next Day Delivery orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) are despatched the same day. Orders after 3pm are sent the next working day. You will receive a despatch confirmation with estimated delivery date and tracking links.
Who will deliver my order?
We use various carriers for order delivery, based on delivery location and chosen method at checkout.
Will I know when my delivery is due?
Most carriers notify customers via email and/or SMS before delivery with a specific date and time. Tracking is available through the despatch email link.
Will I need to be at home when my order is delivered?
A signature is required for all deliveries. We do not usually allow parcels to be left in a safe place, unless the customer instructs the courier to do so. ATX luggage bares no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.
What if I'm not in when my carrier attempts to deliver my order?
The carrier will deliver a 'you were not home' card with details of the parcel's delivery location, such as a neighbor, or their contact information for re-delivery. Carriers hold goods for 5 working days before returning them. Contact us for further instructions. Additional fees may apply for redelivery.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
ATX Luggage only deliver within the United Kingdom.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the event of parcel damage upon arrival, kindly contact us at your earliest convenience.
What happens if my order is not delivered within the promised time frame?
If, for whatever reason, you do not receive your order within the given time frame, we will refund any postage costs you incurred at the point of order.
