What is the returns policy at atxluggage.com?

Every order on atxluggage.com is covered by a 45-day money back guarantee. You have 45 days to return unused items for a full refund. Exclusively on www.atxluggage.com. ATX Luggage products purchased from another platform will be subjected to returns policy of that platform.

Will I have to pay to return an item?

If you need to return an item within the 45-day money back guarantee period, you are responsible for any return postage costs. If an item has a fault during the warranty period, we will cover the return costs.

How do I return an item?

To return an unwanted item within the 45-day money-back guarantee period, please submit a returns form on our contact us page. Upon receipt, we will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. We can organise a collection on your behalf (we will advise you of the costs prior to collection being arranged), or, alternatively, you are free to organise your own return once you have your RMA number.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned goods have been received back into our warehouse, we will process your refund or replacement within 3 working days. Please note it can take 2-3 days for refunds to show in your bank account. If you paid by credit card or PayPal this can take longer.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item[s] are returned non-saleable or damaged. 

How will I be refunded?

Your refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase. The amount will be returned to the same card or account. If Klarna was used for payment, we will inform them of the return/refund. Klarna will take care of canceling future payments and issuing the refund.

 

What should I do if my item develops a fault?

Your suitcase is backed by our 2 Year warranty. Should your case develop a manufacturer’s fault within this period, please read our Warranty Policy for details on what to do next.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please get in touch with us promptly. We can cancel an order until it's given to the carrier, but we can't promise. If the item(s) has already been sent, please kindly reject delivery and inform us and we will process a refund within our 45-day policy.
